How the exchange works

1. Choose a direction: what you send and what you want to receive — cryptocurrency, or hryvnia to a bank card or IBAN. Enter the amount, and the calculator instantly shows how much you will get at the current rate.
2. Enter the details for receiving funds: a crypto wallet address or a card number. Check them carefully before confirming — a transfer to wrong details may be impossible to reverse.
3. Proceed to payment and send the funds to the details shown in your order: a wallet address for cryptocurrency, or payment details for hryvnia.
4. Once your payment arrives, the service sends the funds to your details. You can track the order status in your account, and we email you when the order is created, when payment is received and when the exchange is completed.

Timing and terms

An order that is not moved to payment within an hour is closed automatically. Non-cash orders that are not paid within 24 hours are closed as well — in that case, simply create a new order at the current rate.

Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the chosen direction: the calculator adjusts the amount to the allowed limits and shows how much you will receive.

Transactions are checked in line with the service's AML policy, so we may request additional information when needed. Support usually replies within 24 hours, and the full terms are described in the Exchange Rules.
