1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the relationship between the cryptocurrency exchange Coinmoneyhub (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') and the user (hereinafter referred to as the 'User').
1.2. Use of the Service means the full and unconditional agreement of the User with the terms of this Agreement, including all its amendments and additions. The User confirms that they have read all the provisions of the Agreement and agrees to comply with its requirements.
1.3. This Agreement becomes effective from the moment the User first accesses the Service, including visiting the website, registering an account, and using any of the Service's features. Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is a mandatory condition for using the Service.
1.4. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement without prior notice to the User. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the Service's website.
1.5. The User is obliged to monitor changes to the Agreement independently by regularly checking its relevance on the website. Unawareness of changes does not relieve the User from responsibility.
1.6. In case of disagreement with the terms, the User must immediately stop using the Service and delete their account, notifying customer support about it.
1.7. The invalidity of individual provisions of the Agreement does not affect the validity of the other terms, which remain in force.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. The Service is an online platform that provides users with services for exchanging cryptocurrencies, including buying, selling, and transferring assets, as well as access to analytical data, asset management tools, and consulting services. This section defines the main terms used in the Agreement.
2.2. The User is a natural or legal person who has registered with the Service, agrees to the terms of the Agreement, and uses the Service for transactions. The User agrees to comply with all provisions of the Agreement.
2.3. A Transaction is any operation related to the exchange, purchase, sale, or withdrawal of cryptocurrency conducted via the Service. Transactions are carried out in accordance with the Service's rules.
2.4. The Personal Account is a protected section on the platform that provides the User with access to transaction information, security settings, personal data, and asset management tools.
2.5. Account Credentials are the information necessary to access the Personal Account, including login, password, and two-factor authentication. The User is responsible for keeping this information secure.
2.6. KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) are procedures for verifying the User's identity and preventing illegal transactions in accordance with legal requirements.
3. Terms of Use of the Service
3.1. The User must provide accurate personal data during registration and update it in case of changes. The Service reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification and compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
3.2. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively for legal purposes and refrains from actions aimed at fraud, money laundering, and financing terrorism. The User confirms that the funds used in transactions have a legal origin.
3.3. In case of suspicious activity identified by the monitoring system or the Service's employees, the Service has the right to suspend access to the Personal Account until the investigation is completed and clarification is received from the User.
3.4. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials. In case of loss of access or suspicion of unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Service to prevent potential losses.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Service undertakes to provide services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, ensuring a high level of data security and confidentiality. All transactions and operations on the platform are subject to mandatory control to comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
4.2. The User has the right to use the Service's functionality around the clock, except during scheduled maintenance, preventive measures, or troubleshooting. In case of issues, the User has the right to contact customer support.
4.3. The Service reserves the right to refuse services to a User who violates the terms of this Agreement or the law, or if there is suspicion of fraud.
4.4. The User has the right to request the deletion of their account after fulfilling all obligations to the Service. The deletion of the account will be carried out after verification and completion of all legal procedures.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Service is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, network disruptions, software issues, third-party actions, force majeure circumstances, or the User's wrongful actions. The User is responsible for taking measures to protect their data and assets, including using strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and antivirus software.
5.2. The User understands and accepts all risks associated with cryptocurrency price fluctuations, operations on digital markets, and potential changes in legislation. Financial operations related to cryptocurrencies may be subject to significant price volatility.
5.3. The Service is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entered by the User, violation of the terms of the Agreement, or loss of access to the account. No compensation for losses will be provided.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the country of registration of the Service and applies to all Users, regardless of their location. The parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. Disputes are to be resolved out of court. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties have the right to appeal to the court at the Service's place of registration. Dispute resolution will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the country of registration.
6.3. The Service reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement, notifying the User through the website or email. The User is obliged to monitor the changes independently.
6.4. This Agreement is made in Russian. In case of discrepancies in translation into other languages, the Russian version will take precedence. Issues not regulated by this Agreement will be governed by applicable laws.
